Usf Housing Agreement

If you have any questions, please contact the Housing Authority at housing@usf.edu. Roommate agreementAll residents are required to enter into a roommate contract at the beginning of the transfer to their room. Resident assistants and community managers use the roommate agreement to open a discussion with each resident and address any real and/or potential conflicts of roommates. The roommate agreement, which was agreed and signed by all the roommates and a member of the housing education staff, is a binding agreement. If conflicts with roommates persist, all roommates are encouraged to attend mediation with the Resident Life Coordinator or The Life Coordinator Resident Assistant. Living in a dormitory is a unique opportunity to live community life. In a community, residents have rights and are required to follow the guidelines and procedures for housing and housing education and the USF student code of conduct. All residents are held responsible for students under the USF Student Code, federal and national law, and the housing and housing education contract. The university reserves the right to adopt additional and/or modified rules and regulations. Housing – Residential Education undertakes to make every reasonable effort to inform students-in-residence of regulatory changes or relevant policy information. At the time or after the start of the occupation, an application to terminate the housing contract may be approved with proof of the following criteria: If you leave the room because you no longer live in a room (end of the year, change of room or cancellation of the student contract), you must evacuate your room, unscribe your Room Condition Report (RCR) with your RA/CM and return your keys to the due date. Otherwise, there will be a fee for inappropriate withdrawals.
